WordPress 3.5 is out finally and the new release brings us the much publicised changes to the media library section, and the removal of the Links Manager. Without going into too much detail, AppThemes have started releasing updates to all their themes which make them compatible with WordPress 3.5, starting with ClassiPress 3.2.1. The new version of ClassiPress has a couple of major changes within, which although not apparent from outside, require almost all the products to be updated again (so soon after going through the ordeal of updating them for ClassiPress 3.2!).
As usual, we have been keeping the pace with this new update and all our products now work with the new version of ClassiPress, you can download a compatible version of your products with minimum fuss. Two of our plugins work with ClassiPress 3.2.1 as is, and the rest of the products have been updated already:
If you have purchased one of following plugins, you will not need to update it because these work with ClassiPress 3.2.1 already:
If you have purchased any of the following products, then the good news is that a new version compatible with ClassiPress 3.2.1 is already available.
- Dynamic Multi-Level Fields Plugin (1.3.1)
- Statify Ultimate Plugin (1.5.1)
- Citify Ultimate Plugin (1.5.1)
- ClassiAlerts Plugin (1.2.1)
- ClassiPress Ad Scroller Plugin (1.1.1)
- Slider Ultimate Plugin (1.4.1)
- ClassiClean Child Theme (1.3.2)
- ClassiEstate Child Theme (1.4.2)
- Statify Child Theme (1.4.1)
A quick reminder though, four of our ClassiPress products are now sold exclusively on AppThemes Marketplace, and if any of these were purchase on Themebound.com, you will find the new version to download in the “My Account” page with all the other resident products you have purchased. Products bought via the Marketplace can be updated from the download available from the AppThemes dashboard.
Lastly if you want to buy any of our resident products (non-Marketplace items), now may be the right moment, as we have an ongoing holiday season discount of 20% until January 31, 2013. Just use the code “NEWYEAR2013”!
